Sandra Olkowski is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist offering personalized, collaborative CBT-I treatment in-person in Sacramento and by telehealth throughout California. I enjoy supporting individuals with sleep disturbances and insomnia, primarily drawing from CBT for Insomnia, Interpersonal Neurobiology and DBT. I am a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University School of Medicine, serving as a member of the Sleep Health and Insomnia Program (SHIP) and the Sports Psychology team.
