Dr. Ivan Vargas is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at the University of Notre Dame. He completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Behavioral Sleep Medicine Program and the Center for Sleep and Circadian Neurobiology at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He also received a PhD in Psychology (Clinical Science) from the University of Michigan. Dr. Patty Von Steen has been practicing as a counselor for 38 years and in private practice since 2002. Her primary focus is treating anxiety, insomnia, stress, relationship challenges, and assisting clients with personal growth and development. She has training and experience in the delivery of evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). She can deliver these services in-person or remotely to any adult resident in the state of NC.
