As a Stanford-trained sleep specialist, I treat a wide variety of sleep problems including insomnia, sleep apnea, and circadian rhythm disorders using science-backed and non-medication strategies. I believe in using a holistic treatment approach and routinely provide the first-line, gold standard therapy for chronic insomnia, Cognitive Behavior Therapy for insomnia (CBT-I).
