I am a Developmental and Sports Neuropsychologist who also provides cognitive and behavioral interventions for a variety of sleep-related disorders across the lifespan in order to promote overall brain health. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and with parents of young children with bedtime problems. I provide in-person services primarily in Charlotte NC and Atlanta GA metro areas, with interjurisdictional telehealth practice under PSYPACT.
