Erika’s approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, an evidenced based treatment that focuses on helping patients understand the root cause of their sleep, learn new strategies to manage sleep anxieties, and reset their sleep patterns. She works to help clients understand their own unique sleep schedules and needs, while providing concrete skills clients can use even after therapy is over.
Erika is committed to her clients seeing real and quick progress in improving their sleep quality. She brings warmth, flexibility, and humor into the therapeutic space to help clients achieve their goals. In addition to her office space in Portsmouth, NH she serves the entire state of New Hampshire and Massachussetes with virtual therapy.
