Dr. Jessica Klement is a licensed psychologist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). She works with individuals experiencing chronic insomnia, anxiety-related sleep disturbances, trauma-related sleep difficulties, delayed or advanced sleep phase, and sleep challenges associated with medical conditions. Her training with both children and adults gives her a lifespan perspective on sleep and the factors that shape it.
Her experience includes hospital-based sleep clinics, biofeedback-assisted relaxation training, and health psychology, with training at institutions including Harvard Medical School, Boston Children’s Hospital, Children’s Health in Dallas, and the University of Houston.
Dr. Klement combines a strong foundation in sleep science with a practical understanding of real life. She helps clients understand what supports sleep while adapting treatment to their needs, health, and daily responsibilities. Better sleep doesn’t have to become another performance goal: her approach helps clients reduce the struggle with sleep and build confidence without needing to do everything perfectly.
Treatment draws on CBT-I, biofeedback, motivational interviewing, and targeted approaches for nightmares, including Imagery Rehearsal Training (IRT) and, when appropriate, EMDR. She offers individual therapy and group-based CBT-I programs.
