I am a licensed clinical psychologist in California (PSY36007) and I specialize in behavioral sleep medicine. I provide treatment for insomnia, nightmares, and circadian rhythm disorders, and I can also provide PAP adherence/desensitization training for individuals who are facing difficulties using their PAP devices. I am accepting new clients in my private practice and work with adult clients (18+) who are located in California.
I received my PhD in clinical psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and I completed my pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral residency at the Sepulveda VA, part of the Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. With the VA, I spent much of my training with the Behavioral Sleep Medicine clinic and my postdoctoral residency program is accredited by the Society of Behavioral Sleep Medicine. I have expertise in health psychology more broadly, and I have a passion for helping people to improve their sleep as a means of improving their mental health, physical health, and overall quality of life.
