I am Dr. Kyle Davis, a licensed clinical psychologist. I moved to Boise, Idaho in 2013 after completing a PhD program in clinical psychology at the University of Colorado, Boulder and have focused my career on helping people improve their physical and psychological well-being. In 2021, I launched Confluence Health Psychology to provide effective, efficient, and timely services to help people manage a range of chronic health conditions. At this time, my practice is primarily focused on helping people manage insomnia, circadian rhythm disorders, chronic pain, and weight. I also have extensive experience helping people manage stress and mental health conditions like anxiety, depression and bipolar spectrum disorders.
