Each of us accumulates a life-time of experiences so that we tend to think and act in particular ways. Change is constant - sometimes by choice, sometimes by surprise and sometimes anticipated but not necessarily wanted. Not wanting change or not feeling equipped to manage change can create discomfort or “stuckness” in our lives. By being aware of where our attention is placed we can tend to the things that matter most and promote wellbeing.
