ThinkSleep is a telehealth private practice that believes

Everyone deserves healthy sleep.

EVERYONE CAN GET BETTER SLEEP.

As a behavioral sleep psychologist, I can give you the right information and tools to help you get better sleep. I provide you with a clear understanding of how sleep and your body clock work, and help you identify and implement strategies to improve your sleep. I offer a comfortable environment for you to share your sleep concerns, whether they are new issues or concerns that have been going on for decades. I can help you get off of sleep aids (including medications and over the counter remedies) even if you have been taking them for years.

My approach

I take a holistic approach to treating sleep problems. I bring my expertise in behavioral sleep medicine, which includes CBTi, and also take into account all relevant factors such as cultural background, personal history, family and friends, living arrangements, preferences, medications and other health and mental health conditions.

I provide brief evidence-based methods to treat various sleep disorders and sleep disturbances (e.g., insomnia, hypersomnia, circadian rhythm disorders, nightmares, PAP adjustment, etc.). My methods emphasize a mind body connection that focuses on identifying the unhelpful thoughts, beliefs and behaviors that disrupt sleep. My ultimate treatment goal is to help you build healthy sleep behaviors and understand how to think about sleep in a healthy and positive light. I work with all ages from parents of newborns and infants to older adults. I believe that it is never too early or too late to work on sleep.

Newborn & Infant Sleep

Congratulations on your bundle of joy! Bringing new life into the world is an incredibly exciting and special time, but it’s not without challenges. My goal is to ensure that sleep is not one of them. As a mother and sleep specialist, it’s especially important to me that parents get enough quality sleep to care for their baby and enjoy the precious time that flies by! I help families prepare for their baby’s sleep by understanding what healthy infant sleep looks like and how to develop healthy habits as a family. From navigating baby sleep products to napping to nighttime sleep, we will cover it all. Take the guesswork out of newborn and infant sleep and book a consultation. It’s never too early.
